Holistic Pediatric Consulting
My goal as an integrative and functional pediatrician is to help families and children have better and healthier lives. I have been a pediatrician for several decades and have been treating with an integrative/functional medicine approach for children and now adults with chronic health conditions since 2005. My focus began helping children with autism spectrum disorders and ADHD and has expanded to treating both children and adults with multiple chronic health conditions.
Throughout this time, I have also written a book focusing on preconception and pregnancy to help women have a healthier baby, published research papers, written articles, and given presentations on many health topics to both health care practitioners and parents. It has been an amazing journey of learning and teaching and helping families.
I feel fortunate to have learned so much and to continue educating and helping families and children recover from chronic illness. This website shares some of my written work and my presentations to continue to educate people. I am also seeing patients through my telemedicine practice in addition to seeing patients in Colorado.

Lumonics School of Light Art
Light Art Classes
The class we present is an innovative hands-on approach to learning light art in which students take home their original light sculptures upon completing the 4-session class. A person does not need to be an artist to take this course, but will feel more artistic and confident of his/her abilities when the class concludes.
A project we have developed is called Duets, suggested by one of our students who created a lighted cube in memory of her grandson who died before reaching the age of 2. She named her cube "Grandma's Dude", and I am including a photo of it. Duets involves 2 people working cooperatively on the same light sculpture, particularly, members of a family such as children and parents/grandparents and siblings, to bring them closer together and enjoy their co-creation at home. We can also provide more extensive technical skills to older artistic-minded students who may have interest in a career in the arts, set design and the fast-growing field of immersive entertainment.
