Dr. Faith Cohen is an executive coach for leaders at fast-growth startups, combining 30 years of clinical experience and neuropsychology training to drive high-performance leadership through science and compassion. A Techstars mentor and former Outward Bound trainer, she has conducted over 30,000 hours of one-on-one sessions helping creatives and leaders rewire their brains for greater creativity, resilience, and performance. Her background in trauma and neurodevelopment informs her work building emotionally intelligent and mentally strong leaders and teams.
