Colorado Fund for People with Disabilities

Colorado Fund for People with Disabilities (CFPD) is Colorado’s leading nonprofit provider of fiduciary and professional services for people with disabilities and older adults.

We administer the state’s largest and longest-standing locally managed pooled Supplemental Needs Trust (SNT), offering stability, expertise, and individualized support to those we serve.

Originally founded by a volunteer Board of Directors, CFPD has evolved to serve more than 1,300 individuals through a comprehensive and integrated set of programs, including:

* Case Management
* Trust Advisory Services
* Conservatorships
* Representative Payee Services
