How to Apply

Voting members of the Autism Society of Boulder County, are invited to apply. You may apply if you are not a member, however if non-voting members are selected, Autism Society of America dues for your first year's individual membership will be taken out of the grant awarded. There are currently no dues assessed for Autism Society of Boulder County.

ASBC will review the applications received and award one $150.00 grant each quarter for 2007. Grants will be mailed to recipients by the 15th of the following month. Only one application per year is required, as it will remain in the evaluation pool for the balance of the year.

We request that the selected applicant write us a brief letter describing how the funds were used and how they helped your family. Your letter, in paraphrased form, may appear in our newsletter and your family name may also appear in our newsletter and our website. If you wish to remain anonymous, please include your wish within your application.

Applications must have the family's name and address with contact phone number and the name, age, and disability of the child for which the respite is being applied.
