In an attempt to fill the gap of employment skills training for individuals on the autism spectrum, the ASBC has created a Job Club. On March 5, 2015, the inaugural class graduated from the 13-week course feeling more confident and prepared to enter the workforce.
What is Job Club?
- Intended for people 18 years and up with ASD
- Explores careers, resume preparation, interview skills, job searches, understanding employer expectations and more
- Professional job coaches
- Free service provided by ASBC
If you are interested in participating in the next Job Club session, contact Kristen Erby at firstname.lastname@example.org or 720-260-3380.
The ASBC Employment Committee is responsible for all the great programming and success of the Job Club. Thank you to all the members of the committee for donating your time and efforts to this important work.
