Complement of Food, Beverages on Tap for ASBC Wine Tasting

We're very excited about the food and drink that will be served at our 10th Annual Wine Tasting on April 6. This event is gradually evolving into a night for oenophiles and foodies alike.

In addition to the carving station, passed
hors d'oeuvres and assorted small sweets that Escoffier School of Culinary Arts will create for the occasion and the wide variety of wines that Centennial Wine and Spirits will pour for our guests, three area restaurants, a market and a local brewery have offered to provide food and beer for the post-wine-tasting portion of our event.

Dagabi Cucina, Pica's Taqueria, Old Chicago and Whole Foods will provide small bites and finger foods so our guests can continue to nosh after the wine tasting and live auction. For beer fans, Left Hand Brewing Company will provide a keg of Sawtooth Ale and a keg of Stranger Pale Ale for our cash bar.

To top things off, pastry chef and cake sculptor Heather Sherman of Art2Eat Cakes will create a custom dessert for our event: an amazing, autism-themed sculpture that's edible. Should make for a decadent, delicious finish to the evening.
