We're excited to announce that Executive Chef Graham Mitchell and his team at Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Boulder will prepare and serve food that evening, with a menu that includes passed hors d'oeuvres, a carving station with meats and condiments, and assorted sweets.

With schools in Boulder and in Austin, Texas, Escoffier's chef educators are committed to preparing America's next generation of culinary professionals. Their goal is to make a positive impact on the direction of American food culture by offering a fresh, sustainable approach to professional culinary training.

We couldn't be happier with this new partnership, which will allow us to pair the fine wines from Centennial with delicious food.
