Treating Autism as a
Medical Disorder; Bringing Biomedical Treatments
and Behavioral & Developmental Therapies
Together
Over 900 people attended the 2007 USAAA
International Conference held in Denver August
8-11 hosted by Autism Society of Boulder County.
Conference attendees were the recipients of 3
1/2 days of evidenced based information
on treatment options for ASD individuals.
Information covered the gamut on behavioral and
biomedical interventions that have demonstrated
improvement in ASD individuals.
A concurrent exhibitor fair of over 70 national,
regional and local exhibitors with information
on products and programs to assist ASD
individuals was also a huge success and
frequented often by attendees.
Autism Society of Boulder County would like to
thank USAAA, Dr. Larry Kaplan and all
individuals and organizations contributing to
the success of this landmark event hosted in
Denver.
